Connexvia is being built as a shared place for international recruitment. Employers will be able to describe their needs, candidates to present their professional profile, and independent recruitment agencies to support the collaboration.

International recruitment involves several parties: companies with vacancies to fill, people who want to work in Germany, and agencies that support both sides. Connexvia aims to bring these parties together – transparently and with clearly separated responsibilities.
Connexvia is the platform. Placement and advice are provided by independent agencies, each operating as its own company and under its own responsibility.

Professional drivers for transport and logistics
The planned networking starts with employers in Germany and professional drivers from Türkiye who want to work there. This describes the focus of the platform – it is not a promise of placement.

Support employers and candidates as an independent company – after their company details have been checked, and with their own responsibility for their own services.
Connexvia itself does not place candidates or give advice. Recruitment agencies join as independent companies.

Registration
Employers, candidates and recruitment agencies each create their own account – every person with their own login.

Profile and supporting documents
Each role provides the details and documents required for that role – nothing more.

Role-specific checks
Only what belongs to the role is checked. Email confirmation, identity verification and qualifications are separate checks.

Role-appropriate features
Only then are the features for the respective role unlocked.

Connexvia is a platform under construction. It aims to give employers, candidates and independent recruitment agencies a shared, transparent framework.
Independent recruitment agencies are responsible for their own services and contracts. The operator named in the legal notice is responsible for this website, its own data processing and the operation of the platform.

No. Connexvia is the platform. Placement and advice are provided by independent agencies taking part with their own company.
Why professional drivers first?
The first focus of the planned networking is transport and logistics: employers in Germany and professional drivers from Türkiye. This is a focus, not a promise about available drivers.
Is there a guarantee of employment or a work permit?
No. Whether employment comes about and which official requirements apply depends on the individual case and is not decided by the platform.
I run a recruitment agency. How can I take part?
